Young performers given taste of future with limousine rides
Youths were treated to a heart-warming festive gesture after they were given free limo rides around High Wycombe on Saturday.
Youths from Bridging Hearts, a performing arts company based at the Roundhouse in St Mary Street, were treated to two free rides as a surprise Christmas present.
The surprise was organised by Claire Evans, leader of the group, who asked Mo Kahn of BubblyLimos.com to help them out.
Mr Kahn, of Wycombe Marsh, agreed and took a total of 16
youths, some of whom hadn't been in a limo before - for
trips through the town. Mrs Evans, 31 of Studley Green,
said: "They were all surprised."
"They even started fighting over who got to have a ride."
The company is looking for new premises, although it is still using the Roundhouse for Saturday dancing classes at 5.30pm.
